My key responsibilities included acting as Product Manager and, temporarily, as Business Owner in a group-wide WCAG project. That experience gave me deep expertise in Accessibility and the requirements under the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services. At the same time, I acted as Product Manager in a compliance project focused on cookie consent and data privacy, which strengthened my knowledge of GDPR compliance and broader Data Privacy requirements.

During this period, I participated in establishing a Digital Competence Center at LahiTapiola, acting as lead for other Product Managers.

Owning a Private Customer Self Service was one of my key responsibilities and involved leading a Frontend Agile Release Train (ART4) in the largest program (SAFE) in the group's history to date.

I also helped establish the Duet Design System during this time.
